The Good News

While only 13 homes closed in November, there are 28 homes currently pending in Power Ranch (as of November 30th).  The year will end strong with buyers hoping to close before the end of the year, and hopefully before the holidays!

Power Ranch Harvest Festival 2015 is scheduled for Wednesday, October 28, 2015 from 4-7pm.   Power Ranch Community Association hosts their annual Harvest Festival at The Barn, at the same time as the weekly Power Ranch Farmer’s Market.  The weekly Food Trucks will be there, fresh produce from Ray’s Market, and many other businesses.  AS part of the Harvest FEstival, multiple, additional companies host various booths promoting their products as well as offering something fun to do for the kids.

I will be hosting a booth (promoting my Real Estate business) while offering pumpkin decorating.  Select your pumpkin from the Pumpkin Patch (8 tickets for a pumpkin).  Then make your way to my booth & I will have various decorations on hand to personalize your pumpkin.  Here are just a few decorations you will have to choose from:
