Homes are selling quickly, for top dollar.  At least, my listings are selling quickly, for top dollar. My most recent closing, which was today, sold after receiving multiple offers the FIRST day on the market.  The home sold for full list price, on day one.

My Sales & Marketing Plan

All of my recent listings have sold quickly.  Since I work primarily by referral, I work throughout the valley and not just in one area.  So the areas these specific listings sold include Chandler, Gilbert, Scottsdale, & Queen Creek.  Each one of these sold in 15, 9, 4, & 1 day(s), respectively.

I have a strong marketing plan which has a major influence on the outcome.  I ensure the homes show well by including a complimentary appointment with a home stager as well as professional photos.  But there is much, much more involved.  So how are my listings selling so quickly?  Again, my marketing plan.  If you are interested in the details, I am happy to have a FREE 10 minute phone consultation, just give me a call to get scheduled.

Market Statistics

Power Ranch has 2 FREE events coming up.  Both are FREE to everyone!

Tonight, March 20th, 5:30pm – 9:00pm

Tonight, will be the FREE Movie in the Park, featuring Big Hero 6.  There will be food trucks starting at 5:30 including Burger Amore, Hot Dog Kings, and SnoKing Snowcones.  The movie is FREE so bring your chairs and enjoy a beautiful night outside.    5:30 – 9pm Address:  East Soccer Field behind the YMCA:  4444 E Haven Crest Dr, Gilbert AZ  85297.

Saturday, March 21st, 4:00-7:00pm

Then, join us again tomorrow from 4-7pm for the Picnic in the Park.  This is hosted by a business group I am a member of called ASPiRE.  ASPiRE is a group of business owners that live in Power Ranch or within a 5 mile radius of Power Ranch.  There will be a variety of businesses hosting their own booths.   Enjoy live music by Forever young, booths by more than 30 ASPiRE vendors, games activities, food trucks, bounce houses and MORE.

I will host a booth with a Bubble Machine & Ring Toss.  The winner will receive an over-sized stuffed bunny!

February Home Sale Report, Power Ranch Gilbert AZ.   February is a shorter month, not by much, but enough to make a difference in the total monthly sales.   Comparing January to February, the total Closed Sales went up as did the Average Sales Price.  The Days on Market went down by a few days.

All of this is a sign of our market growing stronger as we enter the strong Spring/Summer moving time frame.
