November proved to be a strong month in Power Ranch, even though most people believe it isn’t worth it to list your home during the Holidays.   The average Sale Price rose from October as did the average square footage.   What isn’t reflected in this report is the number of pending sales.  There are 24 sales pending and we are likely to see most of them close before the end of the year.

Our team had a closing in Power Ranch in November.  Our sale yielded the highest price per square foot in Power Ranch WITH the shortest days on market.  We had this home under contract in only NINE DAYS for $152/sq ft!  I LOVE setting records!  But it can only be done when you know what you are doing.
